Before turning up Pellon Lane proper I was struck by the bold outline of this now out-moded block of Council built flats.

Their problems relate to the modern lack of respect for council provision for social housing leading to their lifts being subject to much vandalism.

Council response has been to install a concierge in each block to control who has access.
