In the Millfleet Area.
At the top of Boal Street the bulk of the Maltings confronts us. Below the wall of apartments that now
occupy the old building flows the little Millfleet itself, draining down towards the dam that separates it
from the river we can see down to the left. The dam is there to help flood control and keep salt water
from pouring up the Millfleet and contaminating the ground up river.
