As fine a pair of gables you might find. The left hand one is dated 1886 but is designed to look rather older. Pastiche is OK so long as there is no real doubt as to the era that spawned them.

Its neighbour has no date stone but in this area of Victorian building I suspect it will not be far removed in date.
