The middle Bossu house has a clear picture of Hoorn with its soaring
church towers, Hoofdtoren in its town walls, and the harbour. The Sea
Beggar's fleet appears to be battle ready, sailing at speed on the enemy.
The battle here turned the whole sea war in Holland's favour.

This house, Slapershaven 2, with number 1 and Grote Oost 132, belong
to the Vereniging Hendrick de Keyser. Their restoration is dealt with in
