Called Dam, this street may well reach the highest point in town!
It leads ~ eventually ~ to the Nieuwe Haven, but if you turn left further up you are
on Appelmarkt which leads onto Havenplein Havenpark and Oude Haven with its
new and old ships, some waiting renovation.
